The primary mission of CES is to rescue children and bring them to a safe orphanage environment. Our goal is not only shelter children but to support families, dissipate abuse and help rebuild individuals in ways that empower independence and self-sufficiency.

There was no power supply for almost 2 weeks. Scarcity in food and potable water are major issues because areas become submerged in flood making it hard for rescuers to bring relief.

Upon hearing the news on recent Typhoon Pedring (Nesat), Ms. Yolanda Diño-Abaca immediately contacted relatives and CES7 Filipino volunteers to arrange for a relief mission and organize a team to help with the efforts.
